Q: How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times typically are:


  • Domestic orders: 2–8 business days
    (Depending on the delivery mode you select)

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly.

Q: What payment methods do you accept online?


We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, PayPal , After Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay and Apple Pay.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Your order was cancelled because the item became out of stock due to a temporary technical syncing issue between our inventory system and the online store. As a result, the available quantity was not updated in real time.

Q: Do you guys offer a refund?

We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, the item must:


  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be returned in original condition

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, sweat, or damage

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds can be issued:


  • Back to the original payment method, or

  • As store credit (coupon code)

We recommend choosing store credit — in many cases, we provide a small bonus value as a thank-you for keeping it within the WIXEN family.

Please note:


  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, items without tags or showing signs of wear cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Q: Do you guys offer a exchange?

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:


  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in original condition

Exchanges are ideal for:


  • Size changes

  • Color swaps

  • Switching to a different available product

Once we receive and approve the return, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Please note:
