When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our shipping partners' control.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.99, or FREE on all orders over $99.99.
How will I know if my order has been shipped, and how do I track it?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package's progress to your door.
What if my order doesn't reach me?
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@wixen.us and we'll help locate your parcel as quickly as possible.
- Can I redirect my delivery after it's been dispatched?
At this time, we're unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at info@wixen.us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
Does Wixen ship internationally?
Wixen currently ships within the United States only. We're not able to ship orders internationally at this time.
