These took awhile to get here but are worth the wait! They're some of the best quality bike pants I've had. The seat padding is thick but comfortable, the pants themselves are also thick and cozy. I love the fleece lining, which makes them feel like thermals. I have issues with my circulation that sometimes makes it so my upper thighs really hurt in cold weather, so keeping my legs warm and protected from wind is a must for me. These pants do the job well! It's worth noting that the pants are also very flattering, which is always a nice bonus, as I usually feel anything but attractive in cycling clothes! I love the color, and the sizing is spot on -- a small fits me just right (5'6" and 130 lbs). The design, construction, comfort, and materials of these pants are all top notch. They are a fantastic value at this price! Really impressed and highly recommend these pants if you're looking for a comfortable pair that will also keep you warm in the cooler months.
These tights are warm, but not exactly at thermal levels. I'm still happy with these at sub-30 degree temps with a wind breaker pant over it. The size is accurate, good fit. They are definitely form fitting though... And as someone who couldn't imagine riding with lycra, I will always be layering these. Definitely too warm to ride with above 50 degrees.
The zippered pockets are nice. I prefer zippers to bare pockets. The stitching is good. The chamois is soft and flexible, with ample padding for the rear. The reflective decals are a nice addition too.
This is my third piece of cycling gear from Wixen as the company produces very good quality products at a reasonable price. The pad on this tight is very comfortable. Often I will wear a cycling short underneath a winter tight because the tight doesn't have a pad integrated. This built-in pad makes that unnecessary and one less layer is more comfortable. These are midweight tights. So comfortable in the 50 to 65 degree range. Colder than 50 you may want a bit more insulation if you run cold. Please have zippered ankles but I still found it too tight to slide on with cycling shoes. It just makes it easier to get your feet through. Lots of colors available. The side pockets are convenient for goo or snack bars or your ID or cash. A bit small for a phone but I like to put the phone in the center back of a Jersey. There is a center back zip pocket which I found is great to put a hand warmer to keep my old back a little softer and warmer during a Long Winter ride
